Developing Leaders Through the Lessons Life Gives Us

Comprehensive Training Program

Training has a purpose, and to limit that purpose to certifications is short sighted. This is an example of a portfolio of training related projects I’ve worked on over the past few years. It has been a privilege to work with some very talented people on each individual project and on the overall concept; James Kisiel, Chris Govekar, Tyson Voelkel, Michelle Friedrich and many, many others. Together we have put together a good program that over time will become great. While I have filled every role from project manager to project typist, my true function  throughout has been to keep all of this moving forward, one project, one step at a time. Change only happens when persistence makes it happen.

I have created a Prezi  and of course the PowerPoint presentation is attached here.  In brief, when five organizations merged into one we had to create first a set of standards, second training that  ensured those standards could be achieved, then a clear illustration of the “what’s in it for me” principle.
